Project context:
Construction of a new unit of a Centauro shop, a omnichannel brazilian store network specialized in selling sportswear, in a large shopping center in the city of Porto Alegre -RS.
The challenge
This was the first project of this network made by Vera Zaffari & Co office, and it was necessary a further research of client´s standard and specific rules.
In addition, it was our responsibility to study what could be added in the executive project so the information became more clear, facilitating the execution work.
Solutions
Centauro Project Template
Through a constant alignment with the client, was possible to develop a high quality Centauro Project Template in Revit, with all necessary information for modeling and documenting the project. This helped us later in other shops of this client expansion, providing agility and accuracy.
Technical solutions
To improve project experience, some technologies support us during the conception of this project, as Navisworks – a software that allows coordination and interference detection in BIM projects, proving a better visualization of interdisciplinary projects.
